The conference is the culmination of Dr Jermaine Ravalier’s ESRC-funded HOW (Healthier Outcomes at Work) NHS Project. This conference will provide employers, academics, and researchers with actual, feasible changes which can be made at work in order to maintain and improve employee wellbeing.
